Whether you’re a fan of the most traditional spirit of all time or simply curious, during this experience you’ll have the chance to discover the entire production process and taste no fewer than four grappas from different vintages. Are you ready to raise a glass with us?
What we will do
The tour will take place at the selected time at the Casa Pisoni Winery and Pisoni 1852 Distillery in Pergolese (TN), set against the backdrop of the picturesque Valle dei Laghi. We will be welcomed by our guide, who will take us on a tour to discover the estate and its production facilities.
We’ll begin with a guided tour lasting around 30 minutes, during which we’ll explore the distillery and , if available, the charming barrel cellar. We’ll even pass through a former air-raid shelter, now used for the vinification of TrentoDoc (another of the company’s flagship products) , before moving on to the cellar and ageing area, where we’ll discover a tradition of distilling passed down from father to son since 1852.
Once the tour is over, we’ll take our seats in the tasting room inside the shop for the most eagerly awaited part of the visit. We’ll taste no fewer than four Pisoni grappas from different vintages:
- Young Organic Grappa 50°
- 10-year-old Clessidra Reserve Grappa 50°
- 15-year-old Clessidra Reserve Grappa, 50°
- Clessidra 20-year-old Reserve Grappa 50°
The tasting will be accompanied by breadsticks or taralli and still water .
The experience will last approximately one and a half hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
This experience is recommended for those aged 18 and over, as the wine tasting is restricted to adults only. Minors and non-drinkers may take part in the experience as ‘accompanying guests’ free of charge.
The venue is accessible to people with mobility issues ( it is also accessible to wheelchair users and pushchairs) .

The experience takes place all year round, except on Sundays and public holidays, and is confirmed subject to a minimum of two people.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport ( there is a bus service, but we recommend travelling by car) .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
