Track driving in a Legend Car at the Magione Circuit

What happens when you combine the style of 1930s American hot rods with the surgical agility of a single-seater racing car? You end up with a Legend Car – a distillation of pure dynamism ready to make your wrists tremble!

Come and try it out at the Autodromo dell’Umbria in Magione, in the province of Perugia: you can choose a 5- or 10-lap session with either 100 CV or 140 CV of power and feel the engine’s roar as it revs up to 12, 000 rpm. Ready to dominate the track?

What we will do

The event will take place at the time indicated at the Autodromo dell’Umbria circuit in Magione (PG). On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team and will be fitted with the full set of technical gear provided by the staff, including a racing suit, helmet and gloves.

This will be followed by a theoretical and technical briefing on the track, during which you’ll be shown the features of the Legend Car, how to use the 6-speed sequential gearbox, safety guidelines and the ideal racing lines for tackling the circuit.

Immediately afterwards, you’ll climb into the cockpit and take the wheel yourself for the number of laps selected at the time of booking. With its stiff set-up and ultra-light tubular chassis, you’ll experience lightning-fast throttle response and surgical-precision cornering with no electronic intervention.

You’ll tackle the 2, 507-metreMagione Circuit, a technical and undulating track comprising 11 bends, where you’ll put your driving precision to the test.

You can choose between the 5-lap ‘First Lap’ session or the 10-lap ‘Basic Session’ with a 100 CV engine, or the 10-lap ‘Pro Session’ at full power (140 CV) . If you choose the Pro Session, upon returning to the pits you’ll also take part in a dedicated debrief with a coach and an analysis of the telemetry to review your driving data.

The experience will last approximately 30 minutes in total.

Who it is aimed at

This experience is suitable for those aged 16 and over; for minors, a parent must be present on site to sign the consent form. A driving licence is not required, but some experience of driving a manual-change car is recommended.

To ensure a comfortable fit in the single-seater cockpit, participants must be no taller than 190 cm, weigh no more than 100 kg and be in good general health.

Other information

The activity takes place on the dates shown on the calendar (which is constantly updated) and is confirmed once a minimum of 7 participants has been reached.

When booking, you can choose from 3 driving options:

• First Lap (5 laps) : ideal as a first taste of the track, this option features a car with power limited to 100 CV (certificate available on request at the venue for an additional €15. 00) ;
• Basic Session (10 laps) : a standard session lasting approximately 15–16 minutes of driving with the car limited to 100 CV, including a certificate;
• Pro Session (10 laps at full power) : the ultimate option, with the car running at 100% power (140 CV) , complete with a final debrief with a coach, telemetry analysis and certificate included.

Any accompanying guests are welcome and may remain in the paddock and pits to watch you drive; there is a bar at the circuit and you will be able to take photos and film videos alongside the track.
