No, we haven’t got it wrong. On this half-day excursion to Asinara, we challenge you to spot the island’s charming inhabitants: its famous white donkeys!
Get ready for a 3½-hour boat trip, complete with swimming, relaxation and good food:an aperitif on board is included!
What we will do
Please meet at the meeting point in Stintino (SS), 15 minutes before the departure time , which is set for 09: 30.
Here we will be welcomed by the crew aboard a comfortable boat and set sail for the calm waters between Stintino and Asinara, where the sea takes on a thousand different shades. Along the way, we’ll have the chance to admire the cliffs, with their shapes sculpted by the wind and the sea.
Once we reach a quiet bay, we’ll make our first stop for a swim. On request, masks and snorkels ( €5. 00) are available for snorkelling enthusiasts to explore the seabed. In total, there will be three stops for swimming throughout the excursion.
To make our time on board even more enjoyable, we’ll be served a tasty aperitif featuring local specialities, such as Sardinian sausage, pecorino cheese and carasau bread.
Finally, we’ll return to the starting point, enjoying one last moment of relaxation on the boat’s deck, letting the sea breeze caress us.
The excursion will last approximately three and a half hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions. Children under 18 may take part if accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children aged between 0 and 3 years can take part free of charge.
This activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

The activity is available from June to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants (in October only, the experience is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 6 participants) .
The itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions. Up to 3 bathroom stops will be made, at points chosen by the captain and of varying duration.
The boat is a wooden motorboat over 10 metres long equipped with cushions, awning, toilets, freshwater shower, beach towel and climbing ladder. Dogs are not allowed on board.
Options are available for people with food allergies and/or intolerances: contact the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to communicate any dietary requirements.
On-site parking is available. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
