I tour in barca all’Asinara partono da Stintino.

Escursioni all’Asinara: Quanto costa una giornata in barca all’isola

09 Nov 2023 | Half-day dinghy tour to Asinara

Fantastic tour around the island of Asinara. Simone is just great!

We had originally booked a half-day tour on a sailing yacht which was then cancelled as it was october and not main season anymore. Someone from freedome immediately called us to find another solution and suggested us this tour by dinghy.nnThe tour was fantastic! It is menat to take up to 8 people on the boat but on this day we were completely alone. This means we basically had a private tour without paying any additional fee. I can imagine it might get a bit stuffed, when it's fully booked. For us 2 it was absolutely amazing. We started with a beautiful snorkel stop at chrystal clear water at the nieghbouring island - isola piana. After this we continued to the island and were given the choice to either snorkel at the beautiful "castaway-like" lonely beach or to go and watchout for the white donkeys. We decided to look for the donkeys and after some very good instructions from our guide Simone we really saw one in the distance. We also saw wild horses, a wild goat and even a snake. The Island is just gorgeous and offers a magnificent view on the wildlife surrounded by the old ruins of the many prisons. We then stopped for another spot at a sandbank just in front of Asinara. Simone took a few pictures of us and answered all of my husbands questions concerning the prisons and their former inmates. After that we went back to a fourth stop for snorkeling while Simone prepared a nice little aperitivo includinc typical products and wine. We had a very nice chat with Simone about Sardinia, his life on the island and he gave us some good insights. Overall he was extremely acommodating and told us many interesting facts about the nature, the wildlife and everything concerning the area that we were exploring. We felt very welcomed and were happy that we ultimately got to experience the tour with this company. Would totally recommend the tour and happy to come back again one day. Thanks a lot!

17 Jul 2023 | Sailing boat day tour to the Asinara Island

Asinara 110 with honours!

Giorgio is a fantastic skipper and a great guy and also a great cook! You step aboard his sailboat and it's like you're at home... (trust me, it's not for everyone). (After describing the various anecdotes and the history of the Asinara Park, he let us relax and enjoy the turquoise waters of the best sea in Italy... An excellent aperitif with salami and Sardinian cheese, and the inevitable bread carasau and Vermentino wine.nAt lunch, an appetizer with fresh mussels and an exceptional pasta with mussels and shrimp, followed by coffee and sweets of the Sardinian mother delicious! I must say that we were lucky, 4 couples from different places in Italy, but immediately part of the crew of the sailing boat. To conclude shopping at the farm dell'Asinara and photos with the Asinelli ... Recommended to all with the heart!

20 Aug 2023 | Sailing boat day tour to the Asinara Island

Beautiful day

We spent a beautiful day sailing in the crystal clear waters surrounding the coast of Asinara and the last point of Sardinia. Maurizio is an exceptional skipper who took away all our curiosity about sailing and the history of the island and advised us on the best route based on the weather.nThe lunch he cooked for us far exceeded our expectations, in particular as an additional starter to the land course he offered us an amazing quantity of mussels of sublime quality, as well as a first course and dessert with water and wine included. There were 8 of us and I have to say that we had a great time, I think it was the ideal number for the space available. It was a really beautiful day! Excellent value for money.

27 Aug 2023 | Motorboat day tour between Stintino and Asinara with lunch

Beautiful family experience

Francesco and Corrado were pleasant companions, great company and above all attentive to all the group's needs. In particular, they proved to be experienced, responsible, even towards the children present, and very attentive to the weather conditions, which quickly changed for the worse towards late afternoon. Definitely an experience to be repeated. Other thing: great food, wine and myrtle Thank you!!! NB: I had initially chosen a sailing trip, but due to lack of availability I was offered the motor boat. In retrospect I think the motor boat proved to be a better choice for the visit to Asinara, especially for the speed of movement from one point to another and the lack of wind.

30 Sep 2023 | Half-day dinghy tour to Asinara

Experience to recommend... and do again!

The dinghy was practically exclusive...there were only two of us...apart from Simone and Federica. 3 and a half hours flew by! Bathing in wonderful places, descent on the asinara that allowed me to see a couple of mouflon right in front of me ... tasty drink and 2 chats with the 2 nice guys who own the raft. Beautiful colours, ideal weather despite it being the last day of September... what more could you want? I really recommend this tour to everyone all'Asinara ... you reach places that large boats, full of tourists certainly do not visit . Federica and Simone super promoted ... as skipper and as travel companions. congratulations! Hello, Gaia and Guido

Wonderful excursion

The excursion was fantastic, we had a great time with Simone and Federica who with great sympathy and professionalism described the history of the area and were always available to answer any questions. We made several stops along the way, visited beautiful places and were lucky enough to land on Asinara and see the famous white donkeys. Perfect aperitif, we were offered salami, cheese and plenty of local wine. I would do the excursion again very happily given the beauty of the area and the kindness and experience of the staff. I would absolutely recommend it to everyone.
