Have you ever seen a little white donkey strolling undisturbed along the beach? No, it’s not a mirage, but exactly what awaits you as you explore one of Sardinia’s most fascinating protected areas: the Asinara National Park!
Set off on a half-day trip by dinghy, where the untamed wilderness and pristine sea will leave you speechless. Accompanied by an experienced skipper, you’ll sail amongst sheltered coves and natural pools.
To round off this splendid 3½-hour adventure, you’ll also enjoy a tasty aperitif at Cala Reale to help you recharge your batteries!
What we will do
We’ll meet 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Stintino (SS). The skipper will be there to welcome us and take us on our rubber dinghy excursion to explore the Asinara National Park.
The first stop on the tour will take us to Cala Reale. Here we’ll make a stop on shore, where we’ll have the chance to spot Asinara’s famous donkeys. Those who wish to do so can take the opportunity to visit CRAMA, the sea turtle rehabilitation centre, whilst everyone will have a chance to relax, enjoying a delicious aperitif at a local kiosk, complete with nibbles and one drink per person.
Once back on board, the excursion will continue towards Isola Piana. We’ll dive beneath the historic Torre Finanza, taking a dip in the stunning natural pools. Weather permitting, the skipper will guide us on a picturesque passage to the west, sailing beneath the imposing rocky coastline of Capo Falcone.
Before concluding the itinerary, we’ll make one final stop to swim in the Caribbean-like waters of the famous La Pelosa beach.
Finally, we’ll return to the port of departure. The trip will last approximately three and a half hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions; those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility. Furthermore, pregnant women are not permitted to take part in the excursion.
Other information
The activity runs from mid-April until October and is confirmed provided there is a minimum of two participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used is an 8. 5-metre-long inflatable, fitted with an awning and a washdown hose. You must go barefoot on board.
Dogs are not permitted on board.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
