How about a boat trip? Yes, but the good ones... that leave their mark!
Spend half a day sailing along the coast of Agrigento! You will be able to admire the most scenic parts of the coastline, including the Valley of the Temples, Porto Empedocle and the Scala dei Turchi, and you can stop for a dip in the transparent waters.
To make the experience even more unforgettable there will be an aperitif and dinner served on board!
What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point in Agrigento (AG), where our skipper will be waiting for us.
After an initial welcome, we will be taken on board the boat, a 16-metre sailboat equipped with every comfort! We will then begin theadventure by sailing towards the Scala dei Turchi, a magnificent white marl cliff that juts out from the coast and falls sheer into the sea. On the way, we can admire the Valley of the Temples and stop for 30 minutes near Porto Empedocle for some snorkelling.
After passing the Scala dei Turchi, we will pass the Caletta della Madonnina in Realmonte and then continue on to the Pergole, the last beach on this stretch of coastline dotted with cliffs.
It is in this enchanting setting that we will be served a delicious dinner (included) that will include an appetiser (usually a seafood salad accompanied by vegetables), a first course (usually a pasta with a fish sauce), and a second course (usually a seafood caponata). And of course there will be bread, breadsticks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (included)!
Amidst unique flavours and beautiful landscapes, we will sail back to the starting point accompanied by pleasant background music. Once we arrive, after a total of 5 hours, we will be full of unforgettable memories and emotions!
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children up to 2 years of age participate free of charge: you can indicate their presence directly in the booking box.
Children under 18 can only participate if accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is accessible to people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility. To report their presence, please contact the organisers in advance via the contact details in your booking confirmation e-mail.
Other information
The tour is available from May to October and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 6 participants. Depending on the weather conditions, it will be sailed or motorised.
The boat on which the experience will take place is a 16-metre sailboat with all on-board equipment and toilet facilities. In addition, there are SUP boards and masks for snorkelling. It is necessary to remain barefoot on board. Dogs are allowed.
During the tour, a dinner will be served which includes an appetiser (usually a seafood salad accompanied by vegetables), a starter (usually a pasta with a fish sauce) and a main course (usually a seafood caponata). Also included in the fee will be wine, soft drinks, bread and breadsticks. Please note! The menu may vary.
