Did you think that simply getting through the Monday morning meeting unscathed was enough to survive?
Prove you’ve got what it takes with this 4-hour survival course in Rocca Priora, in the province of Rome.
Together with an expert guide, you’ll learn how to put together an emergency rucksack, find your way in the wilderness and make water safe to drink – all whilst escaping the daily grind for a day!
What we will do
We’ll meet 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Rocca Priora (RM) .The instructor who’ll be guiding us on this adventure will be there to welcome us!
We’ll start with a brief introductory briefing lasting about 15 minutes, during which we’ll be told how the experience will unfold. Then, once we’re ready, we’ll head into the woods with the guide. First of all, we’ll learn how to observe the natural world around us to understand how to navigate using both traditional and modern orienteering techniques.
We’ll learn how to deal with the unexpected by making use of natural resources. In particular, we’ll focus on making water safe to drink, useful knots to know and the correct procedure for putting together an emergency rucksack. It’ll be the perfect opportunity to put ourselves to the test and rely on our own skills without the help of the technology we use every day!
We’ll round off the session with a final debrief, after which you’ll receive a fantastic certificate of participation to keep as a memento of the experience!
The activity will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for children aged 10 and over. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The activity is classified as easy and is suitable for a beginner’s survival course.
This activity is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.
Other information
The activity takes place all year round at weekends and is confirmed once the minimum number of 6 participants has been reached.
Please note: the activity will go ahead even in the event of light rain. However, in the event of adverse weather conditions, it will be postponed.
Dogs are not permitted.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
