Live an unforgettable experience flying in a helicopter over the rolling hills of Modena and admiring the town of Fiorano and its wonderful Baroque sanctuary from above.
Sitting next to the pilot you will discover all the secrets of the aircraft, and if you are looking for aneven greater thrill, you can take over the controls and try your hand at flying!
What we will do
The meeting point for the activity is at the Cà del Rio resort in Formigine (MO). You will be taken to thehelipad, where you will meet the pilot and have a briefing on behaviour and safety rules.
Once on board, you will take off in the direction of Fiorano Modenese, crossing the cultivated fields and green hills of the area. Arriving near the town, you will fly over the Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine del Castello, a magnificent example of Baroque architecture.
During the flight, you will communicate with the pilot through the headset and you will be able to take away any curiosity about the fascinating world of the propeller! Thanks to the helicopter's dual controls , you can even try your hand at flying.
Including briefing and preparation, the activity will last approximately 30 minutes in total, of which 20 minutes will be spent in actual flight.

This activity can be booked on weekends throughout the year.
The helicopter flight is an activity closely linked to weather conditions. In the event of an adverse forecast, the pilot will notify you a day or two in advance.
When purchasing, you can choose between theoption without lunch and with lunch. Lunch has an additional cost of 40€ and takes place at the beautiful Ca' del Rio estate in Formigine (MO). The typical Modenese menu is based on local products, such as tortellini, gnocchi and tigelle, with water and wine included.
At the end of the experience, it is possible to ask the driver for a ride in a golf car (caddy) around the estate. During the 30-minute golf car ride, you will be able to visit the estate, passing through the vineyards, the ranch and the beautiful black cherry trees. The experience is optional and the price is €30 to be paid on site.
Up to 10 participants can fly, one at a time. Only one person plus the pilot can board the helicopter.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
