Full description
There is no Sicily without cannolo, no Palermo without pane cunzato.
And indeed, there will be no shortage of them on this quad bike excursion to Monte Pellegrino, during which you will drive from Palermo to the suggestive Sanctuary of Santa Rosalia, in the company of a guide.
A two-and-a-half hour experience, including views to eat with the eyes and a typical snack to enjoy with the palate!
What we will do
The appointment is 30 minutes before the time selected during the booking process at the meeting point in Palermo (PA). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this quad bike excursion to Monte Pellegrino!
Once all participants have gathered, we will listen to a briefing on safety rules and the proper use of quad bikes. Afterwards, we will be ready to saddle up and go!
We will ride on tarmac roads through Palermo's beautiful seaside coastline, passing places like Vergine Maria and Addaura, until we reach Mondello. On the way, we will make a few strategic stops to enjoy the view and take some photos.
We will then continue towards Monte Pellegrino, whose road will give us an incredible view of the entire city of Palermo and the sea, until we reach the Sanctuary of Santa Rosalia. Once here, we will be able to visit this particular church carved into the mountain and dedicated to the patron saint of Palermo, but above all we will have 30 minutes to enjoy a typical snack of Sicilian cannoli and pane cunzato (bread with crumbs).
Finally, we will return to the meeting point after having covered an itinerary of 44 km. The experience will last about 2 ½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and have a B licence. The passenger must be at least 12 years old.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first time quad rider.
Other information
The excursion is available all year round.
During the tour, driver and passenger can swap driving, provided they both meet the requirements.
The price is per quad; the organiser has 4 quads available that can carry 1 driver + 1 passenger for a total of 8 participants.
There is paid parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
