Explore the Gargano National Park on a quad bike and speed along dirt tracks through the Umbra Forest, stopping to admire magnificent views of the sea.
This quad bike tour departing from Vieste will take you on the most scenic routes through the Puglia wilderness, past centuries-old olive groves, dense forests, and white cliffs crashing into the water.

What we will do
We will meet at Vieste, in the locality of Santa Lucia. After the welcome, we will carry out a briefing with the guides on safety regulations and theuse of the quad bikes, take a small driving test to get familiar with the vehicle, and prepare to set off on the excursion.
The route will be selected by the guide depending on the season and the experience of the participants. In any case, we will choose routes that are scenic and mostly on gravel. We will set off along the paths of the Foresta Umbra, a green lung of some 15,000 hectares, in search of the best viewpoints over the sea.
Accompanied by the roar of the engine, we will explore the ancient beech forests and climb to altitude to take wonderful photos of the landscape and enjoy the hidden beauty of an unspoilt corner of Apulia.
The activity will last 2 hours in total, including the briefing and two stops along the way.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to all B licence holders with a minimum of quad bike experience. Children from 5 years of age and up can also travel as passengers on the quads.
Other information
This activity can be booked from March to November, weather permitting, and is confirmed once 2 quads have been booked.
Important: when booking, you can choose whether to take the excursion on single quads or double quads. In the first case, only the driver will be on board the quad bike. In the second case, the quad bike can carry a driver and a passenger. Please note: driver and passenger will not be able to swap driving.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
