A feat for heroes!
But no, we're not talking about the trek (it's only 1 km uphill, come on! ), but about the feat of the Eroico Vino family, who for generations have cared for the vineyards that grow among the steep cliffs of Vernazza, also recognised as a UNESCO heritage site.
If you feel like discovering how their wines are made, join us for this panoramic walk between sky and sea. Your efforts will be rewarded right in the vineyard, with a tasting of local wines and traditional snacks !
What we will do
The meeting point is Vernazza (SP), in the setting of the beautiful Cinque Terre. We will be welcomed by the guide of the Eroico Vino win ery.
From here we will begin a 30-minute walk along the paths among the vineyards, tackling 1 km uphill with a constant gradient and several stone steps. As we ascend, we will enjoy a spectacular view of the village and the sea.
We will reach the vineyard located in the historic area of Fussà. Here the guide will reveal the secrets of the 'heroic' winemaking process, explaining how the family cultivates the vines entirely by hand on terraces that defy gravity.
Afterwards, we will sit outdoors for a tasting of the winery's three local wines (Vermentino, Cinque Terre and an Orange Wine) . To complete the experience, we will enjoy a selection of traditional snacks prepared directly in the vineyard with seasonal ingredients, including pesto, olive pâté, schiacciatine and focaccia.
The experience will last about 3 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for ages 8 and up, as good physical fitness is required to tackle the coastal trek.
The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Minors can participate in the activity at the reduced price of 40€.
The experience is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Other information
IMPORTANT: suitable hiking shoes or sturdy trainers are mandatory; flip-flops, sandals and heels are strictly prohibited. The experience will be carried out in all weather conditions, subject to changes communicated by the organiser in the event of extreme bad weather.
The experience takes place from March to October.

Dogs are allowed during the experience, provided they are used to hiking and kept on a leash.
On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
