And as our horseback ride in Albosaggia teaches: from the very first minute, you will find yourself immersed in a beautiful wooded setting, within which scenic mountain paths wind their way. And all around you, the mountains of the Orobie Park.
A 1-hour experience in the (magical) province of Sondrio!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Ravasciolo, Albosaggia (SO) . On site, we will meet the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will meet the horses and proceed with the assignment. Afterwards, we will enter the field, mount the saddle and learn the basics of horse riding; the guide will provide all useful information for a carefree experience. This part lasts approximately 10 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will venture into the Orobie Park, along mountain paths immersed in the forest. We will ride at an altitude of 800 metres, enjoying the panoramic view of the mountains!
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience lasts a total of approx. 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride. The guide leads on horseback; the guide leads children under the age of 18 with a harness. The walk takes place at a walking pace; experienced riders may ask to trot at the guide's discretion.
Other information
The experience takes place from October to June and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
Dogs are allowed in the stables where they will remain during the experience. Contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to indicate the presence of your four-legged friend.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
