Wonderland really does exist, and it’s in the province of Turin!
Join us on our horse ride in Albiano d’Ivrea: accompanied by an equestrian guide, you’ll ride through ‘wonderful’ scenery dotted with streams, vineyards and poplar groves. And along the way, you’ll admire the Bishop’s Castle and a giant chair.
A 2-hour experience, at the end of which you’ll raise a glass at a farmhouse inn (without the Mad Hatter) !
What we will do
Please arrive 20 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Albiano d’Ivrea (TO). Once there, we’ll meet the riding guide who’ll be accompanying us on this adventure!
Once all participants have gathered, we’ll be given our equipment and assigned our horses. We’ll then mount up, learn the basics of horse riding and all the information we need to ensure a worry-free experience.
And here we are, ready for our horse ride: we’ll ride along the ‘Percorso delle Meraviglie’ (Path of Wonders) , surrounded by streams, vineyards and poplar groves. Along the way, we’ll admire the Bishop’s Castle in Albiano, an ancient building constructed on the ruins of a Roman villa, and unusual installations such as a giant chair!
Finally, we’ll return to the meeting point where we can enjoy our aperitif or aperitif-lunch/dinner at the farmhouse:
- Aperitif: an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink served with crisps and olives.
- Aperitif lunch/dinner: an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink served with cold cuts, cheeses, omelettes, savoury tarts, vegetables and fruit.
The horse ride lasts approximately 1½ hours; the whole experience lasts approximately 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for children aged 6 and over. Children under 18 may take part unaccompanied. Children under 14 will be accompanied on foot by a dedicated guide.
To take part, you must weigh no more than 100 kg.
The experience is classified as easy and is ideal as a first horse ride.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed once the minimum number of 2 participants has been reached.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
