There’s nothing quite like the mountains in summer!
And if you agree, you simply must join our horse ride in Val d’Aveto: accompanied by an equestrian guide, you’ll ride through stunning mountain scenery up to an altitude of 1, 500 metres, taking in panoramic views of the highest peaks of the Ligurian Apennines.
A one-hour experience to savour to the full!
What we will do
We’ll meet at the selected time at the meeting point in Bedonia (PR). Once there, we’ll meet the riding guide who’ll be accompanying us on this adventure!
Once all participants have gathered, we’ll be given our equipment and each of us will be allocated a horse. We’ll then mount up, learn the basics of horse riding and receive all the information we need to ensure a worry-free experience. This part takes about 10 minutes.
And here we are, ready for our horse ride: we’ll ride through stunning natural mountain scenery, reaching an altitude of 1, 500 metres, and enjoy panoramic views of Monte Penna, Monte Aiona and Monte Maggiorasca. With such a panorama before us and astride our horses, we’ll feel on top of the world!
Finally, we’ll return to the meeting point. The experience lasts approximately 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for those aged 12 and over. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult taking part in the activity.
To take part, participants must weigh no more than 110 kg.
The experience is easy and suitable as a first horse ride. The riding guide leads the way on horseback. The ride takes place at a walk; experienced riders may request to try other gaits at the guide’s discretion.
Other information
The experience takes place from June to October.
Dogs are allowed at the riding centre: please contact the guide using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email to let them know your four-legged friend will be staying at the riding centre whilst the experience is taking place.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
