You know when your partner steals your blankets?
That's exactly what happened to the Marquis Vecchio within the walls of Soncino Castle. Legend has it that a friendly elf used to steal his blankets in the night, to spite him.
This and other stories await you during our horseback ride in Soncino, in the company of our equestrian guide. You will experience the unique thrill of entering the castle moat, passing under the drawbridge and looking for the famous elf!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Soncino (CR). Awaiting us will be the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, the guide will provide all the useful information for a carefree experience. We will then proceed with the assignment of the steed, riding andlearning the basics of riding. This will last approximately 10 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will ride to the scenic Soncino Castle, entering the moat and passing under the drawbridge (as in the film Ladyhawke); along the way we will also encounter ancient mills dating back to the 1800s. If the "sunset" option is selected, we will also witness the spectacle of the setting of the sun! The guide will lead the group on horseback, recounting anecdotes and interesting facts about the area.
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience will last 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.

The experience takes place all year round.
The time of the sunset excursion may vary depending on the setting of the sun.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
