For an hour, let your horse show you the way!
In the heart of the Alento Nature Reserve, you’ll enjoy a ride along trails surrounded by nature, with views that reveal the true spirit of the Cilento.
Accompanied by an expert guide, you’ll follow a peaceful route through the greenery of the protected area and alongside the river, in an experience designed to rejuvenate both body and mind.
What we will do
We’ll meet 15 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Prignano Cilento (SA). The guide who will accompany us on our horse ride will be waiting for us there.
Before setting off, we’ll take part in an initial briefing lasting around 5–10 minutes, during which we’ll receive the necessary instructions to ensure a safe experience and get to know our equine companion better.
We will then mount our horses and ride for about 50 minutes along the trails nestled within the natural surroundings of the Alento Oasis, inside the Cilento National Park. We will pass through unspoilt landscapes amidst lush greenery, the river and the reservoir of the protected area.
Along the way, we’ll be led by the guide along a peaceful route, ideal for enjoying the connection with the horse and taking in the natural surroundings at a leisurely pace.
At the end of the excursion, we’ll return to the starting point. The activity will last a total of 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for everyone aged 14 and over.
No previous experience is required to take part in the horse ride, but there is a maximum weight limit of 90 kg to ensure the activity runs smoothly.

The experience runs all year round.
The riding style is English.
Dogs are allowed inside the park, but they cannot take part in the experience.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can also be reached by public transport.
At the meeting point, there are toilets and a storage area for personal belongings, which is unsupervised but locked by staff.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
