A horseback ride like never before, literally. At night!
Take part in our evening-night experience with an equestrian guide: saddle up at dusk to reach the shores of Lake Martignano, take a moonlight swim and dine in a beautiful natural setting.
Then get back in the saddle again, for a total of 6 hours of riding and 8 hours of experience in the Veio Park and Parco dei Due Laghi.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Campagnano di Roma (RM). Finding the stables will be easy, just follow the call of my beloved horses who will be eager to share this evening experience with you!
Upon your arrival, I will hand over theequipment and support you in getting you into the saddle. We will then be ready to venture out on a wooded trail in the Veio Park and Park of the Two Lakes, which after about 15 km covered in 3 hours will lead us to the shores of Lake Martignano (which flanks the second Lake Bracciano). As an equestrian guide, I will lead the group riding my trusty horse.
We will stop right on the lakeshore for about 2 hours, during which we can enjoy a moonlight swim and enjoy a dinner (drinks not included) of grilled meat and vegetables prepared by the nearby kiosk. Drinks are not included.
Once our stomachs are full, we will get back on the saddle to return for a further 15 km covered in 3 hours; part of the route will be on an asphalt road. We will therefore return to the riding stables late at night, after 6 hours in the saddle and a total of 8 hours of experience.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 12; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, even if not participating, until the end of the activity.
The maximum weight limit for participation is 90 kg.
This walk is accessible for beginners.

The walk takes place from May to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
The experience takes place subject to weather conditions at the organiser's discretion.

Itis not possible to bring backpacks or bags on the excursion. Horses are equipped with saddlebags in which to place small personal items such as mobile phones, wallets and keys.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport but a free shuttle service is available from Campagnano Romano and a paid shuttle service is available from Rome at a cost of €50.00 each way: contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to request the service.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
