We will surprise you, it is spelled "Oglio". At least as far as our horseback ride in the province of Cremona is concerned: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will ride along the banks of the River Oglio until you reach the scenic Soncino Castle.
A 2-hour experience, discovering stories and curiosities of the territory (not grammatical).
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Soncino (CR). Awaiting us will be the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, the guide will provide all the useful information for a carefree experience. We will then proceed with the assignment of the steed, riding andlearning the basics of riding. This will last approximately 10 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will venture into the Oglio Nord Regional Park, riding on the banks and entering the river when temperatures allow. We will reach the scenic Soncino Castle, where we will enter the moat and pass under the drawbridge (as in the film Ladyhawke); along the way we will also encounter ancient mills dating back to 1800. The guide will lead the group on horseback, recounting anecdotes and curiosities about the area.
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
