A picnic in Milan and not in Parco Sempione.
Take part in our horseback ride in the Ticino Park: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will ride through a lush natural setting criss-crossed by waterways. And it is precisely on the banks of the Ticino river that you will enjoy your picnic in the open air.
A nature experience just a few steps (or trot) from the city!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Cascina Cerina di Sotto, in the municipality of Morimondo (MI) . On site we will meet the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will get to know the horses and proceed with the assignment. We will get to know our companion by stroking and brushing him or her. Afterwards, we will mount and learn the basics of riding; the guide will provide all the information needed for a carefree experience. This part lasts approximately 40 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will venture into the Ticino Park, riding through the lush vegetation crossed by watercourses; if we are lucky, we may happen to spot storks, herons and other migratory species along the way!
We will then reach the banks of the Ticino river, where we will stop for our picnic in the open air: we will enjoy stuffed sandwiches and seasonal fruit, accompanied by water and soft drinks.
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience lasts a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
A maximum weight of 95 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride. The guide leads on foot or on horseback. The horseback ride takes place at pace; experienced riders may request to practice other gaits at the guide's discretion.

The experience is available from April to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.

Dogs are not allowed.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
