Immerse yourself in unspoilt nature with a one-hour horse ride in Bracciano.
In the company of an equestrian guide, you will ride through Bracciano 's beautiful countryside, through grassy paths, woods and verdant pastures. You will discover the charm of a landscape where cows live in the wild together with Maremma horses.
The experience is perfect for those who have never ridden a horse and want to enjoy a ride in total safety.
What we will do
We will meet at the riding school in Bracciano (RM), at the time selected during the booking process. On arrival, we will be welcomed by the equestrian guide and get to know the magnificent horses at the riding school. We will then have a briefing lasting about 15 minutes, during which we will be given all the information we need to approach the horse and get into the saddle.
Afterwards, we will set off to explore the area south of the Monti della Tolfa, a beautiful stretch of lonely and wild land with large pastures where we will see cows and Maremma horses in the wild.
We will then arrive at the Casale delle Pietrische, owned by the Manziana Agricultural University. The area is characterised by grassy paths, green pastures, groves and large hawthorn bushes.
We will also be able to admire the two Etruscan tombs of the Pero and the Torara and the Pestarole, basins dug into the rock and considered the ancestors of modern facilities for crushing grapes. We return to the stables after about an hour.

The activity is suitable for everyone aged 16 years and over. No previous horse riding experience is required.

Horse riding takes place all year round.
