Saddle up and treat yourself to an evocative 8 km horseback ride through forests, hidden views and fairytale landscapes in the Avigliana Lakes Natural Park!
Let your steed guide you to discover the ruins of the medieval castle, a place that seems straight out of a novel, and enjoy the beauty of the area in 2 hours immersed in nature.
At your side you will always have our equestrian guides, because you know, even the most daring rider may need support!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Avigliana (TO).
Together with the equestrian guide who will welcome us, we will set off from the stable located within the Avigliana Lakes Nature Park. In the saddle of our horses, we will ride along an 8 km wooded trail, entirely hilly and full of ups and downs that will make the excursion fun and never monotonous.
Along the way we will find several vantage points where we will stop to take a few photos, until we reach the ruins of the medieval castle of Avigliana, which offers a wonderful view of the lakes and Valsesia. A souvenir photo here is a must!
Following this, we will take a tour of the picturesque medieval village and finally return to the stables, admiring Lake Avigliana in all its pristine beauty.
We will finally return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 14 and reserved for riders with a minimum of horse riding experience, such as having already ridden other horseback rides or having taken riding lessons. The horseback ride takes place at pace.
A maximum weight of 110 kg is required to participate.

The excursion takes place all year round.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
