These are just some of the horses that will participate in our walk: in the company of an equestrian guide, we will venture into a natural setting not far from Como, experiencing the feeling of freedom often associated with the rider's imagination.
A45-minute excursion, in contact with nature and animals!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Capiago Intimiano (CO). We will be welcomed by the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this experience!
Once all participants have gathered, we will explore the stable and get to know the horses. We will then proceed with the preparation, participating in the saddling of the horse and becoming familiar with our companion. This will be followed by saddling, enriched by useful information for the experience such as the basics of horse riding.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will venture into a natural setting not far from Como, riding along a path that enters awooded area. We will also ride in a large meadow, to experience the feeling of freedom that horsemen have! The guide will always be at our side and will lead the group on horseback or possibly on foot.
After riding 10 km, we will finally return to the meeting point. The horseback ride will last 45 minutes; the total experience will last 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 14; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at the riding school.
A maximum weight of 80 kg is required to participate in the activity.
Other information
The experience takes place from March to May and from September to October.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Any accompanying persons can wait at the riding stables. Leashed dogs are permitted at the riding stables.
Any children up to 13 years of age may stay at the manège and participate in a pony ride at a cost of €25.00 per child while adults participate in the horseback ride; please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail for more information.
