Here it is, after 600 km of impetuous flowing, the Po arrives proudly in its Delta Park. If you are not familiar with this place, know that it is an authentic natural wonder that deserves a slow and conscious visit. And what better way than with a horseback ride?
This is not just any old ride, but an equestrian adventure designed for those who already have a minimum of experience on horseback and wish to immerse themselves completely in nature for 2½ unforgettable hours.
Imagine taking a little trip back in time, getting in tune with the animal, mounting in the saddle and riding through the paths of the Park and along the bank of the Po before it flows into the sea.
What we will do
The rendezvous is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Taglio di Po (RO), inside a historic Veneto estate. Here we will be welcomed by the staff, consisting of Italian Equestrian Sports Federation technicians, who will immediately take us into an atmosphere of another era. After introductions, we will go to the stables to get acquainted with the horse we will be assigned.
After preparing the animal and a brief moment to get in tune with him, we will mount. Based on our experience, the riding guide will choose the best route.
We will ride in the nature of the villa's park, among the characteristic cottages and a small church from the 17th century. Leaving the estate, we will venture into the Po Delta Park, recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If the guide allows it, we will ride short distances at a trot or gallop.
At the end of the ride, we will return to the stables to say goodbye to our friend after about two and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at those who already have a minimum of experience on horseback, from the age of 14. No federal membership card or licence is required, but being able to handle the horse independently and mastering at least thegait in stride is required. If the basic requirements are not met, the equestrian coach reserves the right not to carry out the activity.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
