Explore the magic ofAlpe Motta with a mountain horseback ride and experience a unique adventure in the heart of the Madesimo area.
Climb into the saddle for 1, 2 or 3 hours, depending on the duration you prefer, and let yourself be accompanied by an equestrian guide through pastures and mountain lakes.
Join us for a ride that will remain in your heart!
What we will do
We will meet at our riding stables atAlpe Motta. After a short briefing to make sure you are comfortable in the saddle, we will begin our horseback ride in the shadow of the Alpine peaks.
We will breathe in the fresh breeze and the enveloping scent of the trees as we proceed through the forest on a 1-hour ride. Letting ourselves be lulled by the gentle rhythm of our horse's pace on mountain trails, we will become deeply in tune with nature. This route is also ideal for beginners.
For more experienced riders who wish to continue with the 2 or 3-hour ride, we will explore the picturesque Groppera valley floor in the saddle, surrounded by postcard views stretching to the horizon. We will proceed towards Lake Azzurro and admire the statue of the Madonna of Europe. If you feel up to it, you can try out different gaits, trotting along some passages.
At the end of our 1, 2 or 3-hour walk , we will return to the riding stables.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, from the age of 8 and upwards and a maximum weight of 95 kg.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent up to the age of 11. From the age of 12 and up, they can participate on their own with a signed waiver.
Previous experience on horseback is not required , as the ride can be adapted to the level of the participants.

The walk is available from mid-July to early September .
When booking, you can choose between a "1-hour", a "2-hour" or a "3-hour" walk. If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with the activity of shorter duration.
Saddles for English or American riding are available.

The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
