Did you know that Lake Bolsena is the largest volcanic lake in Europe? Would you like to explore it in an original way with our 1-hour horseback ride?
Together with an equestrian guide, you will ride along an easy route suitable for everyone that will give you the most spectacular views of the area, including unforgettable glimpses of Lake Bolsena.
What are you waiting for? Hop on the saddle and let yourself be conquered by this splendid corner of Lazio.
What we will do
Please arrive 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Bolsena (VT). Once there, we’ll meet the riding guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Once all participants have gathered and the equipment has been handed out, we’ll proceed to allocate the horses. We’ll then have the chance to get to know the horses, mount up and learn everything we need to know to ensure a worry-free experience.
And now we’re ready for our horse ride: we’ll ride through a 9-hectare green estate in the heart of the Viterbo countryside. We’ll then reach Lake Bolsena, where we’ll ride along the shores and directly along the lakeside promenade, enjoying the panoramic views.
Finally, we’ll return to the meeting point. The experience lasts a total of 1 hour.

The activity is open to everyone, aged 14 and over.
A maximum weight of 90 kg is required for the activity.

This activity can be carried out all year round.
The riding school is not easily accessible by public transport, but a transfer from Bolsena is available at an extra charge.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
