What could be better than a horseback ride? A horseback ride with lunch!
All just 1 hour from the centre of Rome, in the beautiful natural setting of the Veio Park and the Park of the Two Lakes. Lake Bracciano, whose panorama we enjoy, and Lake Martignano, where we stop for a swim and lunch on the shore.
A total of 6 hours on horseback and 8 hours of experience, a day in nature close to the capital!
What we will do
The rendezvous will be 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Campagnano di Roma (RM), where our equestrian guide will be waiting for us. He will welcome us to the stables and introduce us to the horses that will accompany us on this adventure!
He will hand over the equipment and support us in getting us into the saddle. Then we will venture along a wooded trail in the Veio Park and the Park of the Two Lakes. After about 15 km in 3 hours, we will reach the shores of Lake Martignano; from here we will also be able to catch a glimpse of Lake Bracciano.
We will stop on the shores of Lake Martignano for about 2 hours. In this beautiful natural setting we will have the opportunity to dive in (literally, whoever wants to can swim! ) and enjoy a lunch (drinks not included) of grilled meat and vegetables prepared by the nearby kiosk. Drinks are not included.
We will then return to the saddle to ride back, after about 15 km covered in 3 hours. We will arrive at the riding school after a total of 6 hours riding and 8 hours of nature experience near Rome!
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 12; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, even if not participating, until the end of the activity.
The maximum weight limit for participation is 90 kg.
This walk is accessible for beginners.

The walk takes place from May to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
The experience takes place subject to weather conditions at the organiser's discretion.

Itis not possible to bring backpacks or bags on the excursion. Horses are equipped with saddlebags in which to place small personal items such as mobile phones, wallets and keys.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport but a free shuttle service is available from Campagnano Romano and a paid shuttle service is available from Rome at a cost of €50.00 each way: contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to request the service.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
