Full description
There is nothing more relaxing and evocative than a horseback ride through the gentle ridges of the Langhe. With the two-hour ride in the Dogliani area, land of the homonymous Dolcetto wine, you can explore the hilly paths and admire panoramic vineyards surrounded by mountains.
Accompanied by an expert guide, you will ride through nature, forests and small villages. An aperitif in this area is not to be missed: there will be a stop to taste the wines and typical products of the area.

What we will do
The appointment is at the Farigliano (CN) riding school. On arrival, we will be welcomed by the guide who will take us to meet the horses. After a briefing on the activity and a review of basic horse handling techniques, we will set off on our ride.
We will ride towards the hills of Dogliani, "Capital of the Langhe" and land of the famous dolcetto wine. Our guide will accompany us along an incredible route through hazelnut groves and panoramic vineyards surrounded by mountains. We will maintain awalking pace, with short trotting sections if the guide allows.
On the return leg, an aperitif stop with wine and local product tasting is planned (included). Depending on the group's preferences, we will be able to decide whether to stop in Belvedere, in the Langa or in the centre of Dogliani to visit the village.
The experience will last a total of 2 hours and will end with the return to the riding school.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 10 years of age and up. It is aimed at medium-experienced riders who can handle the horse independently. It is therefore necessary to have taken some riding lessons or to have already done some horse riding.
Children between 10 and 14 years of age will be accompanied on foot by the guide, whilechildren between 14 and 18 years of age may be accompanied by the guide on horseback, but only if the route does not touch any carriage roads.

The experience can be booked throughout the year, weather permitting.
The riding is English-style.
At the end of the activity, it is possible to purchase on site

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
