Full description
Escape from the ordinary? Better in the saddle of a horse!
We are waiting for you in the Lodigiano countryside for a riding lesson and a 2-hour walk. Amidst rivers, woods and country landscapes, you will learn how to handle your horse, and then mount the saddle and ride along flat paths and small ups and downs.
At the end of the ride, the hustle and bustle of the city will seem like just a memory: try it for yourself!
What we will do
We will meet in Casaletto Lodigiano (LO), at the time chosen when booking.
Here we will be welcomed by our western riding instructor, who will assist in the preparation of the horses. We will then have a 15-20 minute lesson in an open or covered field, to learn how to communicate with our horse and give basic commands.
We will then leave the riding school to begin our walk in the Lodi countryside. Following the course of the Lambro or Lisone river (the route will be chosen by the guide depending on the level of participants), we will ride through green countryside, alternating between country roads, flat paths, small ups and downs and small woods.
Riding on very docile quarter horses , we will do a ring-route of approximately 8 km, proceeding at a leisurely pace, before returning to the riding stables after a 1.5-hour walk.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, even beginners with good physical fitness and a maximum weight of 100 kg.

The minimum age for participation is 14. Minors do not require parental accompaniment.
Other information
The activity takes place all year round from Monday to Saturday and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Western riding is used for the ride.
The ranch can be reached by car, bus or the cycle paths from Sant'Angelo Lodigiano to Melegnano. Any accompanying persons may stay at the farm and may bring dogs on a leash. From Monday to Friday, the agriturismo is open for lunch, upon reservation.
No rucksacks or bags may be taken on the walk: bulky items may be handed over to the instructor, who will put them in a bag.
In the event ofbad weather, the activity can be rescheduled, cancelled or turned into a western riding lesson in a covered field, subject to agreement between the participants and the instructor.
