An experience package with one thing in common:love of horses!
Take part in a 30-minute riding lesson to brush up on the basics of the discipline and venture out on a ride with a horse-riding guide to explore the Stirone Park and the surrounding hills for over 2 hours.
Halfway through, you will toast a wine tasting in a wine cellar: passion will not be lacking here either!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Case La Bocca, near Salsomaggiore Terme (PR). To welcome you you will find me, your equestrian guide!
After an initial welcome and gathering of all participants, we will meet the horses and enter the field where a riding lesson of approximately 30 minutes will take place. Here we will go over the basics of the discipline and I will provide you with all the information you need to enjoy your next experience without any worries.
Once we have gained confidence in the saddle, we will leave the camp to venture out for a ride. We will ride in the Stirone Park, a nature reserve established following the discovery of fossils of minke whales that once inhabited the 'ancient sea' that covered the area. We will ride on hillside paths, with views of the Stirone and Ongina Valleys. Halfway along we will stop at an agriturismo with a wine cellar that will host us for a wine tasting (included): we will be able to enjoy at least 3 glasses of local wines accompanied by snacks. We will get back in the saddle to return to the meeting point, along a route over mixed terrain that alternates between paths and paved country roads.
The horseback ride will last 2 hours and 15 minutes, during which we will cover approximately 20 km. The experience will last a total of 3 hours and 45 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the riding school by an adult.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate in this activity.
The excursion is reserved for experienced riders: you must be able to walk and trot in order to participate.
Other information
The experience takes place from March to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 6 participants.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request a shuttle service from Salsomaggiore Terme station at a cost of €10.00 per group.
The duration of the experience may vary depending on the number and experience level of participants.
Any accompanying persons may stay at the riding school. Dogs are not allowed at the riding school.
There is anon-alcoholic option in lieu of wine tasting for those under the age of 18 participating in the experience. If you have any food allergies and/or intolerances, please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to communicate them.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
