Be surprised by the province of Varese!
Take part in our horseback ride in Fagnano Olona: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will venture into the open countryside riding towards the horizon. An opportunity to reconnect with animals and nature, without leaving the city.
And to conclude, let's toast with a home-made lunch!
What we will do
The appointment is 30 minutes before 11:30 a.m. at the meeting point in Fagnano Olona (VA). Awaiting us will be the Questre guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, we will mount the saddle and learn the basics of horse riding. The guide will not fail to provide all the useful information for a carefree experience. This moment will last approximately 10 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will ride in the Fagnano Olona countryside, through woods and cultivated fields. On particularly clear days, we will also be able to spot the Sacro Monte and Monte Rosa on the horizon! The guide will lead the group on horseback or on land according to the participants' needs, providing constant support. The horseback ride will last 1 hour.
Finally, we will return to the meeting point, where we will be served a lunch based on local products, either home-grown or from local suppliers: bruschetta, cold meats, cheeses and a dish (polenta and bruscitt, sausage risotto or other depending on the season) depending on the availability of the day; water and wine to accompany the meal, to toast with our companions in adventure!
The experience will last about 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from 6 years of age. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult participant; children aged 14 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult participant or have signed authorisation from a parent.
A maximum weight of 90 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.

Any accompanying persons may wait at the meeting point, where there is a club house with toilets and an outdoor area with tables and games for children; dogs on a leash are allowed. Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
