Are you ready to leave the city chaos behind and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the green Bolognese Apennines?
If the answer is yes, then get ready for a fantastic horseback riding adventure through the fields and trails of Vergato, just a short distance from Bologna .
Whether you are a beginner or at your very first horseback riding experience, our one-hour ride will be an unforgettable experience!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the riding school in Vergato (BO) at the time selected during the booking process. If you wish, you can come a few minutes earlier to join us and prepare the horse; otherwise, you will find the horse already saddled and ready for the ride.
Before leaving, we will spend about 10 minutes in the arena, where the guide will teach us the basic commands for handling the horse.
Once ready, we will leave the arena and start riding along dirt roads and fields, admiring the beautiful mountain scenery of Castelnuovo and Vergato. The approximately 6 km route will wind through gentle hills and slight differences in altitude, allowing us to appreciate the beauty of the surrounding nature.
Depending on our level of experience and in agreement with the guide, we will be able to alternate thepace with short trotting or galloping stretches. The equestrian guide will accompany us on horseback, leading the way to ensure maximum safety.
Finally, we will return to the stables after approximately 1 hour of horse riding.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 14 and a maximum weight of 110 kg. No experience is required, ideal for beginners and those who have never ridden a horse before.
