A naturalistic adventure just a few steps from Rome?
You can, by participating in our horseback ride in Ostia: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will venture into the natural setting of the Castel Fusano pine forest, riding through the characteristic vegetation.
An experience of more than 1 hour, dedicated to nature and animals!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Ostia (RM). Awaiting us will be the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will enter the field, proceed to the saddle and learn the basics of horse riding. The guide will provide all useful information for a carefree experience. This first moment will last approximately 15 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will venture into the Castel Fusano pine forest, a splendid natural setting just a few steps from the capital. We will ride through the characteristic vegetation, immersed in the colours and scents of this corner of Rome! The guide will lead the group on horseback or on foot according to the participants' needs.
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 1 hour, 1½ hours or 2 hours depending on the option selected at the time of booking.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from 5 years of age; children ride on ponies or horses at the guide's discretion. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the riding hall.
The experience requires a maximum weight of 90 kg.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed when a minimum number of 2 participants is reached.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
