Would you like to experience the natural beauty of the Bolognese hills?
Then jump into the saddle for a horseback ride that will take you from Vergato to the Castelnuovo mountains, where spectacular views of the Reno valley await you. In the company of expert guides, you will ride an easy 2-hour itinerary that is also suitable for beginners.

What we will do
The appointment is at the riding school in Vergato (BO) at the time selected when booking. If you wish, you can come a few minutes early to join us and prepare the horse; otherwise, you will find the horse already saddled and ready for the ride.
Before setting off, we will spend about 10 minutes in the arena where the guide will teach us the basic commands for handling the horse independently and, when we are ready, we will leave the stables for our scenic ride of about 10 km.
We will ride along mountain paths between Vergato and Castelnuovo, immersing ourselves in the colours and scents of the surrounding nature. Along the way, we will stop at the most evocative spots to admire the enchanting panorama of the Reno valley, a true spectacle!
Depending on our level of experience and in agreement with the guide, we can alternate between awalking pace and short trotting or galloping sections. The equestrian guide will accompany us on horseback, leading the way to ensure maximum safety.
Finally, we will return to the stables after about 2 hours of riding.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 14 and a maximum weight of 110 kg. No experience is required, ideal for beginners and those who have never ridden a horse before.

The activity can be carried out all year round.
The meeting place can be reached either by car or public transport.
Both American and English riding saddles are available.
