Horse riding on the beach is one of those experiences that everyone has dreamed of having at least once in their life.
With our horseback ride in the Parco delle Dune Costiere you can finally make your dream come true. In fact, you will have the chance to ride on the seashore, immersed in the magnificent colours of the Salento, after crossing paths and breathtaking landscapes of Mediterranean maquis and coastal dunes.
Savour the sense of freedom of riding by the sea by treating yourself to this incredible experience.
What we will do
The appointment is at our riding school in Montalbano, in the province of Brindisi. Here we will meet the experienced equestrian guide who will accompany us on our exciting horseback excursion.
After getting to know the splendid trained animals at the riding school and a briefing on safety regulations, we will don the necessary equipment for the activity and finally set off in the saddle of our horses in the direction of the renowned Coastal Dunes Park.
We will explore the Apulian countryside, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, dry stone walls, and aromatic herbs until we reach a long sandy beach. Here we will ride by the sea, enjoying the gentle sea breeze and the beautiful landscape of Salento.
This is an easy route, also suitable for inexperienced riders.
The excursion lasts a total of 2 hours (including initial briefing).
Who it is aimed at
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for everyone, even beginners. However, pregnant women cannot participate for safety reasons.
The minimum age for participation is 14 years of age.
