Relax in nature, experience the territory and discover the excitement of equestrian trekking with a horseback ride in the Ticino Park.
In a bucolic setting that can be reached in less than an hour's drive from Milan, on the banks of the Ticino, an experience of complete immersion in nature awaits you, ideal for unplugging and regenerating.
Our equestrian guides will teach you the basic techniques of horse riding and prepare a delicious picnic with genuine products to be enjoyed in the midst of the greenery.
What we will do
The appointment is at 10 a.m . at Cascina Padregnana, a hamlet in the municipality of Robecchetto con Induno (MI). On arrival, we will be welcomed by equestrian guides who will introduce us to our four-legged companions of adventure and provide us with all the information we need to ride safely.
The excursion will take place within the Ticino Park, a protected natural area that stretches along the banks of the river and provides a natural habitat for many animal and plant species. Riding in peace and quiet, we will penetrate into the woods and all along the way we will hear stories, curiosities and information about the surrounding environment from the guides.
For lunch, we will enjoy a delicious picnic based on fresh, seasonal produce. The menu includes chicken curry, stir-fried vegetables, rice or spelt, fruit and coffee. In wintertime, we will be served an excellent bean soup with sausage, slice of bread and honey.
In total, the activity will last about three hours, including two hours in the saddle.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level and is also open to inexperienced beginners aged 14 years and up and weighing no more than 100 kg (participants weighing more than 85 kg must indicate this after booking).
It is possible to participate from the age of 8 if you already have horse riding experience; in this specific case, please contact us to submit your booking request.

The experience takes place subject to weather conditions at the organiser's discretion.
The activity takes place in a plastic-free environment. The use of water bottles is recommended and plastic bottles are not allowed.
Variants of the menu are available for vegans and vegetarians (please advise when booking).
To participate in the experience, the following mandatory clothing is required: long trousers and closed-toe shoes suitable for the time of year and wet, country terrain.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
