Full description
Do you love the idea of riding a horse and walking in nature even if you lack basic riding skills? Remedy that now with this unique experience in the Seriana Valley.
This is not your usual excursion. Rather, it is the right combination to create some amazing memories.
Anexperienced riding guide will teach you everything you need to get in tune with your horse in a 30-minute lesson and then lead you on a one-hour hike with views of Presolana. So, are you with us?
What we will do
We will meet 10 minutes in advance at the meeting point in Onore (BG). There our equestrian guide will be waiting for us, who will lead us to the riding camp where our horses, already saddled, will be waiting for us.
The next 30 minutes will see us engaged in a riding lesson. We will learn how to balance on the saddle, give some simple commands to our horse and, above all, get in tune with this highly intelligent animal. If, on the other hand, you already have some riding experience, the lesson will be useful for a quick brush-up!
At the end of the lesson, we will no longer have any uncertainty and will follow our guide on a fascinating one-hour excursion into nature. We will ride on dirt and gravel roads, meadows and even some mountain trails. The altitude difference will be minimal and the walk will be all at a walking pace.
Riding our valiant steed, we will stroll through the Seriana Valley in a totally carefree atmosphere and be enchanted by the sight of the Presolana mountain massif. Be careful not to lose your balance: the beautiful scenery will do that!
Thetotal duration of the experience, including the lesson, is one and a half hours.
At the end of the 6 km loop, we will return to the farmhouse satisfied and happy.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 14.
No previous horse riding experience is necessary.
Children under the age of 18 may participate without the presence of an adult, subject to signing a parental release form.
Other information
The activity is available every day from March to December. The meeting place is difficult to reach by public transport.
The riding can be English or American style.
Reservations can be made for a maximum of 4 participants if they are beginners and for a maximum of 6 participants if they have some previous horse riding experience.
There is a restaurant on the farm where it is possible to have lunch (lunch is not included in the fee).
