Have you always dreamt of riding a horse? This is your chance!
Enjoy a 1-hour horseback ride among the rivers, woods and lush nature ofAbruzzo. In Bellante, in the province of Teramo, you can mount your steed and ride in the relaxing, country atmosphere of the Salinello river.
Don't worry if you have no experience: a horseback guide will guide you step by step. Are you with us?
What we will do
We will meet at the time indicated in the booking at the riding school in Bellante (TE).
Here we will meet our equestrian guide, who will hold a 10 to 15-minute briefing on approaching the horse, explaining the main techniques for handling the animal. We will then begin our walk.
We'll head for the Salinello River, a river in northern Abruzzo, which we'll ride along at times along the bank, at times in the water, to experience the thrill of crossing the river on horseback.
Throughout the route we will proceed at pace, with American riding technique, we will be immersed in nature in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The guide will lead the way on horseback to accompany us along the trail and ensure our safety.
We will return to the stables after approximately 1 hour of horse riding.
Who it is aimed at
Activity suitable for everyone from 14 years of age and under 100 kg. No previous horse riding experience is necessary.
Minors must be accompanied on site by a parent or responsible adult.
Other information
The activity takes place all year round, subject to weather conditions and the guide's availability.
The riding school cannot be reached by public transport.
