Full description
Enjoy a romantic horseback ride along the main lakes of the Valchiusella.
You will spend a day immersed in the unspoilt nature of the valley in the company of an extraordinary animal. Beautiful stretches of water and coniferous and deciduous forests will provide the backdrop to this unique experience.
What we will do
The meeting is at 10 a.m. near Lugnacco, in the province of Turin. We will be welcomed by the equestrian guide who will accompany us on our tour. At the pre-arranged meeting point (you will be notified after booking) we will also meet the beautiful trained horses and, once we have become familiar with the animals and quickly gone over the riding techniques, we will finally be able to set off on our excursion.
Ours will be a romantic walk along the morainic ridges, with a visit to the two main lakes of the Valchiusella, the Alice and Meugliano Lakes, which are part of the lakes' biotope in an unspoilt natural environment with a great impact due to the great variety of flora and fauna.
We will also walk along theancient peat bog and, about halfway along the route, stop for lunch (not included). Lunch can optionally be packed or at an affiliated facility in Valchiusella.
The activity lasts a total of 5/6 hours (depending on the length of lunch).
Who it is aimed at
Important: this activity is at anintermediate level and is intended for those who already have experience on horseback. However ,beginners have the option of participating in the activity for an additional charge of 50 euros, as they will have a dedicated guide who will follow them on foot throughout the entire route.
If you have no horse riding experience, we recommend theshort excursion.
To participate in the activity, you must be at least 14 years old and weigh less than 90 kg.

The activity can be booked throughout the year, subject to weather conditions and instructor availability.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
