Enjoy an evocative horseback ride in the woods of Trentino!
You will ride to discover the historical and scenic beauty of Cavedine, along an archaeological itinerary immersed in the fragrant vegetation.
You will learn how to ride and discover how to communicate and get in tune with the horse. It will be impossible not to become attached to these sweet animals!
What we will do
We will meet in Cavedine (TN), 10 minutes before the time agreed upon at the time of booking.
We will carry out a briefing together on the techniques of managing and leading horses. We will get in tune with these splendid animals, who will accompany us on the walk. When we are ready, we will mount and take a short test ride in the field.
When booking, you can choose the duration of the experience. In the one-hour walk , the briefing will last a few minutes and participants will be accompanied by a walking guide for added safety; in the one-and-a-half-hour walk, the briefing will last about 30 minutes.
Our tour will develop along thearchaeological itinerary of Cavedine, discovering historical and scenic beauties. As we stroll through the forest, we will be able to immerse ourselves in olive trees, beech trees, holm oaks and conifers while breathing in fresh, clean air.
As we ride, we will be able to admire Monte Bondone, whose densely wooded western slopes overlook the valley; meanwhile, we will be enveloped in the scent of laurel.
We will return to the starting point after 1 to 1.5 hours , including the initial briefing.
Who it is aimed at
The walk is suitable from the age of 14 and is ideal for beginners or people with minimal experience.
The maximum weight allowed for the activity is 110 kg.
After confirming your booking, please inform the guide of your height and experience level to facilitate horse assignment.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants.
When booking, you can choose the duration of your experience: 1 hour or 1½ hours.
The ride will proceed at a leisurelypace and you will ride in the American style.
The final decision on the riding route will be made by the guide, who will take into account the level of preparedness of the group.
At the ranch you will find around 30 horses, including ponies, Sardinian ponies and thoroughbred horses. The main breeds are Paint horse, Quarter horse, Haflingher and Anglo-Arab. The horses live in herds, in a large paddock paradise and are unshod to ensure their well-being. The ranch embraces the philosophy of naturalhorsemanship, which involves natural communication with the horses to understand their needs and respect them.
No bags or backpacks are allowed during the ride for safety reasons.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
