Spend a few hours in the company of an exceptional friend: the horse. In complete tranquillity, discover the areas around Lurisia Terme, rich in forests and stupendous landscapes.
A horseback ride is a panacea for body and mind. In the company of equestrian guides, you will live an unforgettable experience, discovering the treasures of the area and experiencing the authentic emotions of a ride in nature.
If this is your first experience on horseback, don't worry: this excursion is suitable for riders of all levels. At the time of booking, you can choose from different duration options, from 1 to 2 hours.
What we will do
The experience will begin at the riding school in Lurisia Terme, a hamlet of Roccaforte Mondovì, in the province of Cuneo. We will meet the equestrian guides and first hold a briefing to check our level of preparation. For beginners, there will be a moment of approach and familiarisation with the horses, followed by a basic riding lesson. The more experienced riders will engage in a warm-up to assess their skills.
We will ride an itinerary of varying length (depending on the level of the participants and the duration chosen) on wooded trails around Lurisia. This is a lush and very interesting area from a naturalistic point of view, a pure and uncontaminated territory that offers precious spring waters for wellness and thermal cures.
The excursion will take place on a route totally immersed in greenery, of great relaxation and coolness, particularly suitable for those who are new to horse riding, but very enjoyable also for the more experienced.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to anyone in good health, aged 14 and over.
To participate in this activity, the maximum weight is 100 kg; if you weigh 80 kg or more, please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to communicate your weight.

Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
The activity can be booked from April to November and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants.
In summer, the activity must be booked at least 3 days in advance so that the guides can be organised.
An English saddle will be used for riding.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
