Do you know Vatayanasana? Yes, the yoga posture of the horse!
Join our horseback ride in Robecchetto Con Induno: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will ride in the beautiful natural setting of the Ticino Park. This will be followed by a yoga lesson with a teacher, aimed at relaxation and creating a deep connection with the horse.
An experience of over 1 hour, in the name of nature and relaxation!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Robecchetto Con Induno (MI). Awaiting us will be the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, we will mount the saddle and learn the basics of horse riding. The guide will not fail to provide all the useful information for a carefree experience. This moment will last approximately 10 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will ride in the splendid natural setting of the Ticino Park, among trees and water courses. Along the way, the guide will tell anecdotes and curiosities about the area; with a bit of luck we might even spot hares, squirrels and other park inhabitants! The guide will lead the group on horseback, providing constant support.
On the way back, we will stop at a camp where our yoga lesson will take place: a teacher will guide us through breathing and meditation exercises, aimed at relaxation and creating a deep connection with the horse. This will last about 30 minutes.
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 1½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
A maximum adult weight of 120 kg is required to participate.
The experience is not suitable for people with disabilities.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.

Attention! The yoga lesson may take place in a field or back at the riding school depending on availability.
The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
