Full description
This is not a dream: just a few steps from Rome, anadventure on horseback awaits you in the green hills and countryside of Cerveteri.
Together with an equestrian guide, you will experience 1 hour immersed in nature among olive trees and vineyards, with a view that, on clear days, extends as far as the sea.
And on your return, to end on a high note, a toast with a cool glass of prosecco!
What we will do
The meeting point is 15 minutes before the selected time in Cerveteri (RM). The equestrian guide will welcome us and introduce us to the beautiful horses and other animals on the farm, including friendly donkeys, goats and sheep.
Before setting off, the guide will hold a briefing of about 10 minutes in which he will give us all the notions we need to live this experience without worries. At this point, we will be ready to set off on our horseback ride!
The approximately 4 km route winds through hills and fields, offering a landscape that changes according to the season: olive groves, vineyards and pastures will make us feel immersed in an oasis of peace. Being in the hills, we will also be able to enjoy a panoramic view that, when the sky is particularly clear, sweeps as far as the sea!
At the end of the approximately 50-minute walk, we will return to the starting point, where a pleasant surprise awaits us: a toast with a glass of prosecco, the perfect finale to this adventure.
Between briefing, walk and farewell with a toast, the experience lasts about 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 16 and over; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to sign a release form.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate in the activity.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first horse ride.

Attention! The meeting point is about 15 minutes' drive from the centre of Cerveteri.
The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
Any accompanying persons can wait on the farm or on the nearby farm. Leashed dogs are not allowed on the farm but are permitted on the farm.
