A horseback ride that teleports you from Lazio to Tuscany.
This is what awaits you by taking part in our adventure in Cerveteri: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will ride through open countryside, in a postcard-perfect landscape reminiscent of the Grosseto hinterland. And being in the hills, you will also be able to spot the sea on the horizon!
An experience lasting a total of one hour in the company of horses and... many other farm animals!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Cerveteri (RM). We will be welcomed by the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure on horseback!
Once the participants have gathered, we will meet the horses and proceed to saddle up. The guide will explain the basics of horse riding and provide us with all the information we need to enjoy this experience without any worries. This first moment will last about 10 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will ride in the surrounding nature characterised by olive trees, vineyards or pastures, depending on the season. Despite the short distance from the centre of Rome, the Cerveteri countryside is reminiscent of the Grosseto hinterland and will transport us with our minds to a Tuscan landscape. Being in the hills, we will also be able to enjoy a panoramic view that, when the sky is particularly clear, sweeps all the way to the sea!
After riding about 4 km over mixed terrain, we will finally return to the meeting point. The horseback ride will last 50 minutes; the total experience will last 1 hour. But it doesn't end there: the meeting point corresponds with a farm inhabited by animals such as goats, sheep, donkeys and other cute species that we will be able to greet!

The experience is suitable for ages 16 and over; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to sign a release form.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate in the activity.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first horse ride.

Attention! The meeting point is approximately 15 minutes' drive from the centre of Cerveteri.
The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
The fee includesadmission to the farm , which, in addition to horses, is home to other animal species that can be greeted during the stay.
Any accompanying persons can wait on the farm or on the nearby farm. Leashed dogs are not allowed on the farm but are permitted on the farm.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund!
