Full description
Toasting with a glass of wine in front of the Aragonese Castle and the Bay of Naples.
This is exactly what awaits you when you participate in our Ischia experience: in the company of a guide, you will set off on a horseback ride along a scenic woodland route that will lead you to the Tenuta del Cannevale. The owners will welcome you with open arms, for a tasting with homemade products.
Anexperience of over 3 hours, to explore Ischia in (and with) all the senses!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Barano D'Ischia (NA). We will be welcomed at the stables by the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this riding adventure!
Once all participants have gathered, we will meet the horses, complete the preparation, proceed with the saddle and learn the basics of horse riding. This first moment will take place within a fenced-in field to become familiar with the animal.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: after an initial stretch of asphalt, we will venture along a wooded path characterised by typical Ischian vegetation; we will ride around a mountain, from which we will enjoy a panoramic view of the Aragonese Castle.
We will then reach the Tenuta del Cannevale, located about 370 metres above sea level. Here we will be welcomed by the owners who will take us on a tour of the winery, discovering the organic production of wine. And after a short walk through the vineyard, we will access the panoramic terrace where our wine tasting (included) will take place: depending on the option selected at the time of booking, we will taste either 1 glass of wine and a trio of bruschettas ("tasting" option) or 2 glasses of wine and a mixed aperitif with seasonal ingredients from the garden ("aperitif" option). All while toasting with the Gulf of Naples in the background!
We will finally return to the meeting point, still riding our trusty steed; the horseback riding part will last 1.5 hours. If the"tasting" option is selected, the part on the estate will last 1½ hours and the total experience will last 3 hours; if the"aperitif" option is selected, the part on the estate will last 2 hours and the total experience will last 3½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 4 and up; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the riding stables by an adult or have a signed release form. The wine-tasting session is reserved for adult participants only; underage participants will be served a non-alcoholic drink.
A maximum weight of 110 kg is required to participate in the activity.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first horse ride; the activity is recommended for those in good physical shape due to the presence of gradients along the route.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
