Full description
Acomplete riding experience for a first time on horseback.
Grooming, to get close to the animal and gain confidence. Riding lesson, to learn the basics of the discipline. Horse riding, to put into practice what you have learned with theriding instructor and explore the natural scenery around Salice Terme in the saddle.
And when you return to the stables, you will toast this 1-hour experience with an aperitif!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Rivanazzano (PV). Welcoming us to the stables will be our riding instructor and his splendid horses in the wild!
On our arrival we will collect the animals and begin the experience with the grooming phase: an initial approach to the horse during which we will groom it, saddle it and not fail to pamper it! In the meantime, the instructor will provide us with notions of the ethology of the horse to get to know it better. This first phase will last approximately 20 minutes.
We will then proceed to get dressed and go into the ring where the riding lesson will take place: the instructor, holding us on the ground with a lunge, will teach us the basics of the discipline; we will be able to put into practice what we have learnt with a series of exercises, until we try our hand at a trot. This second phase will last approximately 20 minutes.
We will then be ready for our horseback ride: we will venture around the riding school, riding on English mounts in a meadow surrounded by woods. The scenery will be scenic and range from Salice Terme to the mountains; if the sky is clear, you can even see the Alps! This third phase will last about 20 minutes; the instructor will generally accompany us on foot with a lunge.
Finally, we will return to the riding stables where an aperitif (included) of assorted classic snacks accompanied by a spritz or soft drink will be waiting for us. The total experience will last 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 15 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the riding hall.
A maximum weight of 85 kg is required to participate in this activity.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first horse ride.

The experience is available all year round.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
The duration of the individual component parts of the activity (grooming, riding lesson, horseback ride) may vary depending on the number and experience level of the participants.
Any accompanying persons may stay at the riding stables, where there is also a covered, heated clubhouse. Leashed dogs are allowed at the riding stables.
