You have visited the Paestum Archaeological Park (beautiful) . And now?
Take part in our horseback ride in Altavilla Silentina: in the company of a guide, you will ride in a splendid natural setting that ranges from the plains to the mountains, enjoying a panoramic view of the sea.
An experience of over 1 hour, discovering this corner of the province of Salerno!
What we will do
We’ll meet 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Altavilla Silentina (SA). The guide who will be accompanying us on this adventure will be there to welcome us!
Once all participants have gathered, we’ll proceed with the horse allocation. We’ll then mount up and learn the basics of horse riding: the guide will provide all the information needed to ensure a worry-free experience. This will take about 15 minutes.
And here we are, ready for our horse ride: we’ll ride through the countryside between the Persano Nature Reserve and the Cilento, venturing across plains, hills or mountains depending on the route chosen by the guide for the occasion; a panoramic view of the sea is always guaranteed! The guide will lead the group on foot or on horseback, depending on the participants’ needs, providing constant support. And if you already have riding experience, you can experience the thrill of trotting and galloping, if permitted by the guide.
Finally, we’ll return to the meeting point. The horse ride will last approximately 1 hour; the whole experience will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 10 and up. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to the meeting point.
Participants must weigh no more than 120 kg.
The experience is easy and suitable as a first horse ride.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed once the minimum number of 2 participants has been reached.
Dogs are allowed at the riding centre: please contact the guide using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email to let them know your four-legged friend will be joining you.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
