Full description
Get ready for anadventure with a medieval flavour!
Take part in a horseback ride in San Marzano Oliveto and let our equestrian guide lead you to the Moasca Castle: once off your steed, you will visit the common areas of the castle and be welcomed with an aperitif overlooking the Langhe hills.
A3-hour experience to enjoy the panorama of one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites like never before!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in San Marzano Oliveto (AT), where we will be welcomed by the equestrian guide.
Once all participants have gathered, we will familiarise ourselves with the horses and listen to a short briefing during which the guide will explain how to handle the horse and how to lead it. After that, we will be ready to mount!
We will ride in one of Piedmont's UNESCO World Heritage sites, the Langhe, crossing hills covered with vineyards. Throughout the ride, the equestrian guide will follow us on foot to ensure maximum safety.
Stride after stride, we will arrive at Moasca Castle and, after a short visit to the common areas and the castle tower, we will finally be able to enjoy the eagerly awaited aperitif of cold meats, cheeses and "friciule" (typical Piedmontese pancakes) accompanied by a glass of white or red wine of your choice.
We will then return to the meeting point, retracing the outward journey. The walk will last 2 hours; the experience will last a total of 3 hours.
