Horseback riding through the Monferrato hills

Have you already experienced the thrill of a horseback ride and now you can't do without it? Welcome to the club.

If you have some experience in the saddle, we can only recommend our adventure in the Monferrato hills: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will undertake a scenic route with views of the valleys surrounding Carentino.

A 1-hour experience in the Piedmontese countryside.

What we will do

I will be waiting for you 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Carentino (AL). Welcoming you at the riding stables will be me, your equestrian guide!

On your arrival, you will meet the horse, get on the saddle and listen to the briefing during which I will provide you with all the information you need to enjoy this experience without any worries. We will undertake a medium-level course, so it is important that you already have a minimum of riding experience.

After checking each participant's preparation at the riding school, I will also get on the saddle and we will set off along a scenic route with views of the valleys framing Carentino. We will venture into the hills of Monferrato, crossing meadows, cultivated fields and tackling small climbs. And like any self-respecting immersion in nature, we will not fail to cross a wooden bridge over a stream!

After 6 km, we will finally return to the meeting point. The horse ride will last 50 minutes; the experience will last 1 hour in total.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have signed authorisation.

A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate in this activity.

This activity is of medium level, suitable for those with previous experience of horse riding: the participant must be able to start, brake and steer the horse; the walk will take place at pace.

The experience is available from January to December and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.

The experience takes place subject to weather conditions at the organiser's discretion.

The duration of the experience may vary depending on the number and experience of participants.

There is a car park on site.

The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

Riding could be English or American type depending on the horse and experience of the participant.

Adaily insurance policy at a cost of €5.00 per person must be paid on site.

Any accompanying persons may remain at the riding stables for the entire duration of the experience.

Dogs are allowed at the riding stables as long as they are used to the community and kept on a leash; there are other dogs at the stables.
