And good thing we discovered this one! Join our horseback ride in Montecreto: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will ride in a lush natural setting with a panoramic view of the ancient perched village.
A 1-hour experience to explore this amazing corner of Italy!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Montecreto (MO) . We will find the equestrian guide waiting for us, who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, we will proceed with the assignment of the horse. We will mount the horse, learn the basics of riding and all useful information for a carefree experience. This part will last about 15 minutes, depending on the participants' needs.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will ride in the splendid scenery of the Modena Apennines, immersing ourselves in nature and entering the woods. And among the branches, there will be no lack of panoramic views, such as the view of the ancient perched village of Montecreto. The guide will lead the group on horseback; the walk will take place at a walking pace and possibly at a trot at the guide's discretion.
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at the meeting point.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride. Experienced riders may request to practice other gaits at the guide's discretion.
Other information
The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
Dogs are allowed in the stables where they must remain during the experience: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate the presence of your four-legged friend.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
