Contact with nature and animals is the best therapy, according to our equestrian guide.
Take part in a regenerating horseback ride in Palestrina: ride in a verdant setting just a few kilometres from the city, listening to the sound and breathing in the scent of the forest.
A1-hour experience, which you can choose to enrich with an aperitif to stimulate all the senses!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Palestrina (RM). We will be welcomed by the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will receive our equipment and proceed to the saddle in the field. The guide will provide us with basic riding notions as well as useful information for a carefree experience.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will venture out partly on asphalt and partly on forest trails, taking a circular route. We'll ride among the flora and fauna of the area: we might happen to find mushrooms as well as meet some cute little wild boars! The equestrian guide will lead the group on horseback with or without a halter according to the participants' needs.
We will then return to the meeting point; the horseback ride will last 1 hour. If the "with aperitif" option is selected, we will toast with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink on our return accompanied by assorted snacks such as chips, nuts, bruschetta, focaccia and cold cuts.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 7 and up; any children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Children under the age of 14 will be tied to the guide horse with a harness and the route may vary: please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate the presence of children.
A maximum weight of 120 kg is required to participate.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for first-time horse riders.
Other information
Caution! Long trousers and closed shoes without heels must be worn. If the clothing requirement is not met, the activity may not take place at the guide's discretion.
The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed when the minimum number of 2 participants is reached.

Any accompanying persons can wait at the equestrian centre. Leashed dogs are allowed at the equestrian centre, where there is also a dedicated dog area.
A barbecue can be rented at the equestrian centre at a cost of €5.00 per person to be paid on site; the fee includes everything needed to light the fire. Contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request this service.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
