Are you curious to discover the world of SUP? Then this is the activity for you!
In a one-hour lesson taught by experienced instructors, you will discover everything about Stand Up Paddle. You will learn about waves, currents, tides and everything related to safety in the sea. Afterwards, it will be time to challenge your balance on a board and paddle in the water .
All framed by the beautiful Forte dei Marmi coastline. Are you with us?
What we will do
The appointment is on the beach at Forte dei Marmi, at the time chosen when booking. In small groups of 2 to 5 people, we will have the opportunity to learn the basics of Stand Up Paddle with our instructor.
The first part of the lesson will take place on the beach, where we will explore topics such as waves, currents, tides and everything related to water safety. We will then experiment how to stand up on the SUP, learning how to balance on the board in a relaxed manner.
The final part of the lesson will be in the water, where we will practice what we have learned so far and learn how to move with the paddle to control the board and direct its movement.
At the end of the lesson we will be able to use the changing rooms and showers at the facility to change.
The activity lasts about an hour.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 6.
The only requirement is to be able to swim.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
Other information
The activity takes place all year round, every day, and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 participants.
At the end of the activity, participants can use the changing rooms and hot showers at the lido.
The cost of the experience includes the €15 membership card andACSI insurance.
